Public Relations
Minato City publishes information regarding projects, plans, and events in Minato City in its newsletters and on its website. The Japanese version of the newsletter is entitled Koho Minato, while the English version is entitled Minato Monthly.
Koho Minato
Issues of Koho Minato are available at key facilities in Minato City, as well as the larger post offices, subway stations, and some JR stations. It is also sent out in various Tokyo newspapers, including the Asahi, Yomiuri, Mainichi, Nihon Keizai, and Sankei newspapers. The information in Koho Minato can also be found on the city's website.

Minato Monthly
Issues of Minato Monthly are available at key Minato City facilities, such as City Hall, the Regional City Offices, city libraries, the Civic Center, and the Sports Center, as well as at JR stations, Yurikamome, and some subway stations. They are also delivered by subscription with issues of the Japan Times and the Asahi Herald Tribune.

Minato Call
Operators are available to provide information on city services, facilities, and events in Minato City. Calls are accepted daily, year round 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Operators can respond to calls in Japanese or English.

FM Radio
The city's FM Radio channel (76.1 Mhz) broadcasts information on city services and events in English, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese. In the case of a large earthquake or other emergency, emergency broadcasts including evacuation information and evacuation shelter locations will be broadcast in multiple languages.

Minato City strives to ensure that the opinions of local residents are reflected in its policies. If you have a proposal, request, or opinion that you'd like to share with the city government, please contact the Opinion Hearing Subsection in the Office of the Mayor or the Coordination Subsection of the General Administration Sections of any of the Regional City Offices.
