of children enrolling in elementary or
junior high school in April 2008

Have you received the Enrollment Notification, "Shugaku Tsuchi-sho"?
The Minato City Secretariat of the Board of Education is sending the enrollment notification by mail to families with children enrolling in Minato City elementary or junior high schools in April 2008. If you have not received such notification, please contact us.

Eligible children

1. Children entering 1st grade of elementary school: Born between April 2, 2001--April 1, 2002

2. Children entering 1st grade of junior high school: Born between April 2, 1995--April 1, 1996

* If you have a foreign national child who falls into one of the above categories and wish to enroll him/her in a public elementary or junior high school, please contact us.

If your child is enrolling in a private or national school, please submit the Certificate of Entrance Admission, "Nyugaku Kyoka-sho" issued by the school.
