2006 English/Japanese 74 min.
A film about Japanese-American artist Jimmy Mirikitani's life on the streets of New York. In the wake of the havoc of the 9/11 terrorist attack on New York, Jimmy comes to live with a local filmmaker and her cats marking the beginning of an interesting experience together. This documentary highlights the pain of war and racial discrimination, as well as the healing powers of art and friendship.
