Notice of Automatic Issuing Machines
Temporary Shutdown

On Sept. 15, the Automatic Issuing Machine located at Daiba Annex will be temporarily shutdown. Please use the other Automatic Issuing Machines or the Telephone Reservation Service. However, copies of a complete Family Register or Foreign Resident Registration are not available from the Telephone Registration Service.
The fees for issuing a certificate are the same as when issued at the counter.
