Children's Reading Week: April 23 to May 12
Reading is important for children to learn new vocabulary
words and enriches their imagination. The national
government enacted the Law Regarding Promotion of
Children's Reading Activities in 2001 and this law designates
April 23 as Children's Reading Day.
Minato city libraries present storytelling events and other
events around that date. Please feel free to participate.
No application is necessary and there is no limit to the number of participants.
