Door-open time

★Book-start: Open to guardians of 0 to about 12-month babies who live in Minato City. This program is designed to introduce them to the joy and importance of exploring picture books with their infants. Municipal libraries will provide the parents/guardians with an approx. 15-min. one-on-one briefing about the program and a free picture book. If interested, visit your local library during its “Book-start meeting.” Please take your boshi-techo, mother-child record book, with you.
