The Promenade of Music

Date & time: Sun., Feb. 28, 2 p.m. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.
Place: Civic Hall in Takanawa Civic Center
Performers: Meiji Gakuin University Orchestra
Eligibilities: Residents, workers, and students in Minato City
Capacity: 200 people

Flea Market venders and Volunteers Wanted

We are accepting volunteers to help with preparations on Fri. Mar. 12. Please contact Shibaura-konan Civic Center.

Venders wanted

Date: Sat., Mar. 13 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
*Canceled if it rains, no extra day.

No parking space is available.

Place: Shibaura-konan Civic Center Plaza
Eligibility: people who live, work or go to school in Minato City aged 20 or older.
Capacity: 80 people by drawing if oversubscribed.
Participation fee: Free
Application: Send a reply-paid postcard with the following information.
Mailing address: Flea Market 3/13 Officer, Shibaura-konan Civic Center, 4-13-1 Shibaura, Minato City, 108-0023
On the reverse side of the mailing address: your name, address, phone number, place of work and its address if you work in the city, and articles for sale.
On the return side: your name, address and postal number
Deadline: submit the postcard no later than Sat., Feb. 27
Notes: Multiple applications and incomplete applications will be deemed invalid. Food items cannot be sold. The place of each stand will be determined by the organizers. If you do not receive a return postcard by Sat., Mar. 6, please contact us.

Shiba Park Plum Festival

Enjoy pretty plum blossoms, koto melodies, and Japan’s traditional outdoor tea ceremony.
Date & time: Fri., 19 & Sat., 20 of February, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Place: Plum Grove at Toritsu Shiba Park
A 1 minute walk from the A4 exit of Shibakoen station on the Toei Mita Line/a 10 minute walk from Akabanebashi station on the Toei Oedo Line.
Fee: ¥200 for tea and sweet, 300 people limit
