Release and distribution of the Minato Medical Handbook

[The information is current as of January, 11, 2010.]

This little booklet is written in English, Korean, and Chinese, which helps foreign residents of Minato City to precisely communicate their needs and medical symptoms in Japanese hospitals and pharmacies. An exact diagnosis will be made possible through the booklet’s bilingual translation of the medical status of its owner.
You can also find the information about Minato City’s medical system and medical institutions where foreign languages are available.
*Distribution will start on January 28th.

Foreign residents in Minato City (one copy per person)

How to apply

If you would like to receive it directly, please apply at the counters listed as below. Application forms in English, Korean, and Chinese are available at the following counters.

Counters

• Foreign Resident Registration Subsection at Minato City Hall
• Health and Welfare Subsection at Azabu-, Akasaka-, Takanawa-, and Shibaura-Konan Regional City Offices
• Public Health Service Center
• Global Community Planning Subsection at Minato City Hall (3rd floor, Counter #304)

If you would like to receive it by mail, please fill in the application form and send it to Global Community Planning Subsection (address bellow) or call 03-5472-3710 (Minato Call). The Handbook will be sent to you within 10 days.
