Through this friendship and exchange program, elementary and junior high school students from Chaoyang District, Beijing and Minato City exchange letters and pictures to present about their regions to each other.

Traffic Personal Accidental Insurance for City Residents is a low-cost insurance system for those who are injured in a car accident to receive the insurance based on the hospital stay days and outpatient treatment days/period.
Bicycle liability insurance is also available for those who own/use/manage a bicycle or wheelchair to compensate when they injure someone or break someone’s property with their bicycle or wheelchair.
Starting at the next application term, we have revised the premiums and enhanced compensation.

Using the rich materials stored at the Tokyo Municipal Chuo Library, we will compare the past and present spread of prosperity through Tokyo,
brought on by the Edo period prosperity and railway development starting in the Meiji era.
