1. Would you like to enjoy fun conversation in Japanese? — Seeking partners for conversations with Japanese speakers —

We are offering a chance to learn practical Japanese by matching foreigners who want opportunities to speak Japanese with Japanese people who want foreign conversation partners.

You can learn living Japanese through conversation activities in Japanese.

If you have few chances to speak Japanese or want to improve, please join us!

[Activity Details]

We match foreign language speakers with Japanese speakers based on an interview and their desired sex, age, and secondary language.

After matching partners contact each other to practice Japanese conversation, any time, anywhere. We will also let you know about events in addition to partner activities where you can enjoy Japanese conversation.

[Target audience]

① Japanese people 18 and older who would like to interact with foreigners in Japanese.

② Foreigners 18 and older who would like to interact with Japanese people in Japanese.

The explanatory session and registration session will be held as follows.

2. Haneda Airport Tour to be held!

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is holding a tour so that the people who live in the region can better understand Haneda Airport. We hope you will participate.

[Date & Time]

Each tour will go from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm.

- October: 4 (Friday), 5 (Saturday), 11 (Friday), 13 (Sunday)

- November: 1 (Friday), 3 (Sunday), 7 (Thursday), 9 (Saturday), 14 (Thursday), 17 (Sunday), 21 (Thursday), 22 (Friday), 24 (Sunday), 29 (Friday), 30 (Saturday)

[Tour locations] Air traffic control tower (observatory), airplane maintenance (hangar), and areas around runways.

* Depending upon the weather and flights on the day of the tour, the tour program may change or be cancelled in consideration of participants’ safety.

- Must be an elementary school student or older and live in Tokyo, Saitama Prefecture, or Kanagawa Prefecture in one of the following municipalities

3. Azabujuban Noryo Festival 2019 to be held!

Every year, around 400,000 people come to the Azabujuban Noryo Festival.

At the Azabujuban Noryo Festival, shops and restaurants carefully selected by local governments from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south bring together their best products and flavors, such as local gourmet food and craft beer.

There is also a children’s area where children can enjoy cotton candy, goldfish scooping, and more.

You can also enjoy stage performances. We hope you will come.

4. Iga Ninja DE Minato Historical Walk to be held!

At this exchange event for elementary school students and foreigners, you can learn about ninjas through explanations of ninja equipment, then put on ninja clothes and walk through the city.

[How to use]

Users simply input keywords for the information they want to know through Facebook Messenger year-round, 24 hours a day and receive the information they want directly. Facebook Messenger can be used for free.
