Multilingual Information for Foreign Residents

New Residents

Minato City provides a welcome package containing a variety of information for newly arrived foreign residents at the registration counter of each Regional City Office. Some of the leaflets and guidebooks contained in the package are also available at the Multilingual Information Corner located in Minato City Hall. The package contains information on daily life in Minato City, including maps, taxes, insurance, medical care, disaster preparation, education-related matters and more.

Foreign Residents’ Advisory Center at Tokyo Metropolitan Government (TMG)

Consultation over the phone or face-to-face for various problems, concerns about Japanese customs and the social system. Please call in advance for a visit.
