Termination of Automated Certificate Issuing Machine

From February 2015, Minato City launched a service that enables residents to obtain certified copies of official documents, such as their certificate of residence, from convenience stores nationwide. We are working to switch from issuance by the Automated Certificate Issuing Machines(ACIM) in Regional City Offices to issuance by machines in convenience stores. The automated certificate issuing machines are being terminated and removed from each Regional City Office because they are no longer usable. Minato City’s automated certificate issuing machine service will be terminated on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 5 p.m. with the final operation of the machine at Azabu Regional City Office.
There will be a temporary service counter hours for the issuance of My Number Card on Saturday, September 29, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
