Meeting Rooms at The International Communication Space Are Open for Use

The International Communication Space has meeting rooms that can be used for group activities and community interactions. You need to register as a group in order to use the meeting rooms. Group of five members or more can register if more than half of them live, work, or study in Minato City. Groups aiming international exchange programs are given priority for using the meeting rooms.

Weekdays: 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 5 p.m., 5 to 8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. to noon, 1 to 5 p.m.
* Closed on Sundays, holidays, and December 29 through January 3
