Year-end Child Allowance Applications

A Child Allowance Application must be submitted within 15 days of the day after a child’s birth or moving into Minato City. For this fiscal year, City Hall is closed for 6 days from December 29 to January 3. For infants who were born or children who moved to Minato City between December 14 to 19, applications must be submitted by January 4, 2022. Please note that applicants may not receive the delayed parts of the allowance if the application is late. If the application is sent by post, the date of arrival will be listed as the official application date. Application forms are available at Regional City Offices or can be obtained from Minato City Web.
