Minato City, an only one city that continues to shine, now and in the future

At the first 2023 regular meeting of the Minato City Assembly that opened on February 13, Mayor TAKEI Masaaki delivered a policy speech regarding the city administration. The Mayor stated, “together with residents, we will overcome the COVID-19 pandemic and realize an only one city that continues to shine, now and in the future, that will lead Japan and the world.”
He also stated that the following five measures will be implemented as measures to realize the stated above, with the power of digitalization: “protect the lives of residents,” “support child rearing and enhance learning,” “encourage and strengthening health and support residents throughout their lives,” “bring smiles to residents and vitality to the city,” and “create an eco-friendly and sustainable city where everyone can live comfortably.”
