• Contents: Information from Shinagawa Police Station.On March 6(9:30PM_Thurs.),at Takanawa,an elementary school girl was followed by a man while on her way home.Suspect: 40-50s, 175cm tall,short-black hair,black down jacket,sneakers,backpack, brown pants.If you experience any suspicious or threatening behavior, shout for help loudly and report it to the police immediately.Please advise your children to run away immediately and use a security buzzer or call for help if they feel even slightly scared.We will strengthen patrols in the area and during the time period when the incident occurred./Minato City
