• Contents: January 16th, 2:35PM, Akasaka 5-chome sidewalk, 4 elementary school children (girls) were taken pictures by a man with a cell phone. Afterwards one girl was touched on her arm as he passed by. The man was about 160cm tall around 50 yrs old, wore black cap, top and pants, white mask with sunglasses.
