Report of Unusual Physical Contact Case

• Contents: On Thursday December 1, 2022, around 10pm there was a report of a man harassing a woman on her way home in Asabu Juban 1chome Minato district. The man was about 170-180cm tall, lean, in his 30’s, had short black hair, and was wearing a black coat and pants. Report said that the man approached the woman asking if there was any place to drink while touching her back indecently.
