English consultation and information providing services on matters pertaining to the city administration and everyday living are offered. Please feel free to call and visit the supervising subsection.

Monday through Friday, except holidays, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.

MIA staff offers advice and/or support to foreign resident who have problem or concern related to daily life. For further information and making an appointment, please call the Minato International Association office.
