Conducting Survey Regarding Youth, Child, Child-rearing Support

To formulate the Minato Child-rearing Support Plan FY2025-FY2029, survey will be sent to 2,000 randomly chosen guardians caring for children preschool age and under, 2,000 guardians caring for elementary school students, 2,000 junior high school students, and 2,000 individuals over high school age to 39 years old.
Please respond to the survey from the dedicated website. Guardians caring for children preschool age and under, guardians caring for elementary school students, and junior high school students can respond by the attached return envelope.
