• Contents: Sept. 24, 2023 (Sun) around 0:30am, there was a report that a man indecently exposed himself out in public on the streets of Minamiazabu 2-chome, Minato Ward. ■Suspect Description: Male in his 20’s, about 170cm in height, wearing a black jacket, green pants, and a black cap.
