On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at around 4:00 p.m., a female (junior high school student) was approached by a man on her way home from school on a street in Minamiaoyama 4-chome, Minato-ku. Characteristics of the suspicious person Age 20-30s, about 170cm tall, short brown hair, wearing a black hoodie in the upper garment and black-colored jeans in the lower garment.
