On Monday, November 17, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., a woman was returning home on Akasaka 1-chome, Minato-ku, when a stranger on the street asked her the location of a nearby family restaurant, followed by a series of questions about her social media account(s). ■ Characteristics of the suspected party Gender: Male Age: 40s Height: Approximately 170 centimeters (Approx. 5’7”) Characteristics: Dark-colored jacket and pants If you experience any unsettling behavior from a suspicious person, call out loudly for help and immediately report it to the police. If you feel even slightly uncomfortable, please call out for help in a loud voice or ring your security buzzer, and instruct the victim to run away immediately.
