On Friday, June 26, 2026, at around 3:50 p.m., a female elementary school student was touched by an unknown person while walking home from school on the street at 7-6 Akasaka, Minato Ward.
■ What happened:
・ The suspect said, “You’ve been wandering around, haven’t you?”
・ He then touched the girl’s abdomen.
■Suspect’s Description:
・Appears to be in his early teens
・Approximately 150 cm tall
・Medium build
・Wearing a white shirt and navy blue shorts
・Carrying a navy blue umbrella with a star pattern
Police Advice:
Please remind your children that if they feel even the slightest bit “scared,” they should immediately run away while shouting for help or sounding a personal alarm.
