What is Mina Toku PAY?

Mina Toku PAY is a new local currency operated by the Minato City Shopping Street Promotion Associations to foster ties with the community. This local currency can be used for shopping, eating, and drinking at member stores of the shopping association in Minato City.
The associated app includes a money function that can be recharged at any time, a point function that awards points based on the amount spent, and a Premium Merchandise Voucher function.
