• Contents: On May 28, 2023 (Sun) at 4:30am, an incident occurred within a residential building at Minato-ku Minami Aoyama 7-chome . There was a report that a man was flashing himself in public. The suspect was in his 30s, about 170cm in height, medium build, short black hair, and completely naked. If you see anyone suspicious please don’t hesitate to call the police.
