• Contents: A man talked to and touched a young female in a suspicious situation at the library in Shiba 5 Chome around 6:30PM on April 26th. The man was in his 30-40s, 170cm tall, black short haired, wearing glasses, no mask and red T-shirt, gray short pants and black sneakers. Do not hesitate to call out for help and contact the police if threatened by a suspicious person. The ward office has enhanced the patrolling in the area. / Minato City
