Report of a Suspicious Approach to a Minor

• Contents: A suspicious man repeatedly talked to a girl on her way home near Ninohashi Bridge around 3PM on Sep 25th. No physical contact or assault was involved. The man was in his 30-40s, black and short haired, wearing a brown sleeveless shirt and had a black umbrella. Advise minors to use a safety alarm, call out for help and call the police in a threatening situation. The patrolling has been intensified in the area. / Minato City
