- Contents: Information from Akasaka Police Station. Nov.8,2024(Fri.)2:30pm, On Friday, November 8, 2024, around 2:30 PM, a young elementary school boy was approached by a woman at Akasaka. She said, "Let’s hold hands," "It's okay."Suspect: 30s, yellow knit cap and top. Please instruct children to immediately seek help by shouting or using a safety buzzer and to run away if they feel even slightly scared.
