The calls are made with an automated voice guidance that states: "This is NTT Docomo Information. Your phone bill has not been paid, and your service will soon be forcibly suspended. If you have any questions, please press 9." If you press the number as instructed, the call will connect, and the person on the other end will attempt to extract your personal information such as your name and address.
