On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, around 3:00 p.m., a woman was followed and accosted by a man on the street at the following address: 1-10 Higashi-Shimbashi, Minato-ku. Report details: The man in question approached a woman on the street and asked her "May I have a word? Do you know a dentist near here?” The man was carrying what appeared to be a can of alcohol in one hand. Description of the suspicious party (Male): The person in question was approximately 30 to 40 years old, roughly 170 centimeters tall, and wearing a dark blue hat. If you are subject to or witness any unsettling behavior from a suspicious person, please call out loudly for help and immediately report the incident to the police.
