On Thursday, January 8, 2026, at around 4:30 p.m., a man grabbed a boy (elementary school student) by the arm while he was returning home on a street near 4-3 Konan, Minato-ku. Description of the suspicious party (Male): Age: 20s to 30s Physique: medium build, medium height Clothing: black upper and lower garments If you are victim to or see any suspicious behavior that makes you feel uneasy, please do not call out for help in a loud voice or ring your security buzzer and run away immediately.
