On Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at around 4:00 p.m., a man exposed his lower body on a street in Minamiazabu 5-chome, Minato-ku. There was no physical contact or following involved, and the man reportedly walked away toward the Nishi-Azabu area. Characteristics of the suspicious person Gender: male Age: Appears to be in his 50s Clothing: Dark-colored top and bottom clothing If you experience behavior from a suspicious person that makes you feel uneasy, shout loudly for help and immediately report it to the police.
