Today, February 16, 2026, at approximately 8:15 a.m., a suspicious male was reported on the street at 3-6 Minami-Azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, who appeared to be taking pictures of children on their way to school with his cell phone. 　The suspicious person is, 　30's 　0 Medium build, medium height 　black jacket, knit cap, and mask.
