On Friday, March 6, 2026, around 3:00 p.m., a toddler (female) was playing in a park at 4-15 Shiba, Minato-ku, when a suspicious man approached her. The man did not make contact with her or call out to her.

  　Height: Approximately 170 cm (Approx. 5’7”)
  　Clothing: Black suit, black shoulder bag
  
  Please instruct your children to run away immediately by yelling for help or sounding their anti-crime buzzer if they feel even slightly uncomfortable.
