  On March 28, 2026, at around 4:30 p.m., an elementary school student (boy) on his way home from cram school was accosted by a man on the sidewalk at 5-15 Minami-azabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
  Details of What was said:
  "Let's go home together."
  Characteristics of the suspicious person
  Male, about 175 cm tall, age 20-30, black suit
  
  If you see or hear anything suspicious, please instruct your children to run away immediately by yelling for help or sounding an anti-crime buzzer.
  
  For the time being, the Minato Ward Office will be strengthening its vigilance by using blue crime prevention patrol vehicles.
