Reception counter for submission of family register at night and during holidays

At night and during holidays, family register notification forms (declaration of marriage, etc.) will be received at the counter of the night watchman’s room in the Minato City Hall Main Office. (Each Regional City Office and Daiba Annex do not handle them.)

Screening of the content of the notification will not be done at the counter at night or during holidays. We recommend that you ask the staff to check the notification at the Counter Services Subsection, Residents Support Section in each Regional City Office (Family Registry Subsection in the case of the Shiba Regional City Office).
