• Workshop
  Time: 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  There are plenty of hands-on activities for adults and children to enjoy, including making orange gel candles, heart-themed art, and traffic safety keychains! Visitors can also enjoy balloon art and food booths. In between, there will be stage performances by children and local community members!
• Candle Night and Tokyo Tower Orange Light-Up
  Time: 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  Message candles will be lit that express the hopes and wishes for children. At 6:09 p.m., Tokyo Tower will illuminate in orange and display the Orange Ribbon and the Child Consultation Center Abuse Response Hotline “189” on the East side of the Main Deck. (toward Hamamatsucho Station)
