Opinion Hearing

Minato City strives to reflect the opinions of Minato City residents in the municipal government. Submit your opinions and proposals on the city government through the following channels.

 

1. Minato City’s Website (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Easy Japanese)

Submit your opinions/proposals through the section “Opinions of Local Residents (Opinions/Proposals on the City Government)” on the Minato City Website.

 

2. Public hearing postcard (English/Japanese)

Available at Regional City Offices, Civic Centers, Iki-iki Plazas, sports centers, and other facilities.

Please write your opinion and post it.

 

3. Residents Service Center

The Residents Service Center accepts opinions, proposals, and requests on the city government through visits/phone calls. The staff are ready to respond in Japanese and English.

Hours: Mon. to Fri. 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
*Excluding holidays and Dec. 29 to Jan. 3
