Issuance of a Copy of the Residence Certificate

 

A copy of the residence certificate can be issued at the Counter Services Subsection of the Residents Support Section at each Regional City Office, Daiba Annex, and Certificate Issuance Subsection of the Residents Support Section at Shiba Regional City Office.

People who can request issuance: The resident and those in the same household

Fee: ¥300 per copy * Free of charge until March 31, 2024

Required documents: Identification such as your residence card, etc.
