Let’s Observe Coughing Etiquette

Coughing etiquette is about being considerate to prevent the spread of infections to those around you. Many illnesses, such as COVID-19 and influenza, can be transmitted through droplets from coughs and sneezes. Droplets containing viruses can travel about one to two meters. If you cover your mouth and nose with your hand when coughing or sneezing, the virus may stick to your hand and infect others through the things you touch. Please wear a mask, or use tissues or a handkerchief to cover your mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing.
