School Enrollment Notification for 2025

The Minato City Board of Education has sent out enrollment notifications, or shugaku tsuchisho, to eligible families applying for Minato City municipal elementary or junior high schools in April 2025. Keep these documents safe. If you have not received the notification or have lost it, please contact us.

Eligibility

1. First grade of elementary school: children born between 4/2, 2018 and 4/1, 2019
2. First grade of junior high school: children born between 4/2, 2012 and 4/1, 2013

* If your child will enroll in a national, Tokyo metropolitan, private elementary or junior high school, please submit the Enrollment Certificate from the following website.
