Meet at the ticket gates of Shibaura-futo Station on the Yurikamome Line → Rainbow Bridge North Route → Odaiba Kaihin Park → Finish at Odaiba-kaihinkoen Station on the Yurikamome Line

Apply through the Tokyo Minato City Travel & Tourism Association website by Wednesday, October 14.
All applicants will be notified of the lottery results by Wednesday, October 21.
