Minato City has designated parking lots for bicycles and scooters under 50 cc. There are terms of use.
Inquire in advance for terms of use.

Fees

Regular use

Bicycle	General(1 month ): 1,800 yen Student(1 month ): 1,300 yen
Scooter (under 50cc)	General(1 month ) 2,700 yen Student(1 month ) 2,200 yen

One-time use

Bicycle	1 day (1-time use), 150 yen tickets (11 uses) 1,500 yen
Scooter (under 50cc)	1 day (1-time use), 200 yen tickets (11 uses) 2,000 yen

*When parking temporarily, the first two hours are free.

 

Application for Regular Use

Regular use can be renewed on an annual basis. Applications for bicycle lot passes are accepted for the following year in mid- to late February every year. A lottery system is used if there are more applicants than spaces available.

If there are vacancies even after the application period, you can apply directly to each bicycle parking lot.
