Issuance at Convenience Stores
You can use the service to receive various kinds of certificates at convenience stores nationwide. To use the service, an Individual Number Card or a Basic Resident Registration Card for which the Password has been registered at the counter will be required.
Certificates that can be obtained at convenience stores
- Copy of the Residence Certificate (Everyone in a household/some of the household members)
* This can only be issued to those who are currently registered as residents of Minato City. It cannot be issued to those who have moved out. - Certificate of seal impression
* Only for those whose names have been recorded in the Basic Resident Registration in Minato City, and who have a registered personal seal. For more information about the personal seal registration, see "Personal Seal Registratione." - Taxation (tax exemption) certificate (Past three years)
- Tax payment certificate (Past three years)
Convenience stores where the service is available
7-Eleven, Lawson, FamilyMart, and MINISTOP
Available hours: From 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (excluding Dec. 29 to Jan. 3 and during maintenance)
Fee: ¥200 per copy, which is ¥100 cheaper than issuing at the counter. * Free of charge until March 31, 2024
