MINATOKU PAY The Deadline to Use Your JPY 10,000 MINATOKU PAY Points Is Approaching
The expiration date for the points distributed through the MINATOKU PAY Point and Gift Certificate campaign for people who were registered as Minato City residents as of January 1, 2026, is approaching.
Please be sure to use your points before they expire.
Point Expiration Date
August 31(Mon)
If You Prefer Paper Gift Certificates
Please complete and mail the Point Declination and Paper Gift Certificate Request Form enclosed with the information packet sent in March.
The request form must arrive no later than Wednesday, September 30.
Please allow sufficient mailing time because postal delivery may take longer than usual.
*If your request is received between August 1 and September 30, your paper gift certificates are scheduled to be distributed in mid-October.

If you have lost the information packet, please contact the call center below.
After confirming your eligibility and usage status, a replacement will be issued.
