【昭和100年】昭和にタイムスリップ！ なつかしくてあたらしい　お台場レトロミュージアム

見て、聞いて、撮って、手に取って“昭和”を体験。大正、昭和生まれの方には懐かしく、平成、令和生まれの方には新しい感動の場所。“昭和”の世界に浸ることができます。

お台場レトロミュージアムは、デックス東京ビーチ シーサイドモール4階にあります。目印は射的で、その隣に入口があります。
入口を入ると、東宝映像美術の協力により再現されたリアルな昭和の街並みが目の前に広がり、映画のセットに入り込んだような感覚を体験できます。セット制作の技術も間近で見ることができます。
レコード店では実際にレコードをプレーヤーにかけることができます。パチンコ、スロットも年齢制限なく無料で体験できるほか、昔懐かしのアーケードゲームも無料で楽しめます。
写真撮影も自由にできるので、映えスポットとしても魅力的です。

まちのコミュニティハブ「BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA（ブルーフロント芝浦）」誕生

令和7（2025）年9月にBLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER Sがオープンしました。訪れるすべての人に、心地良い場所を提供したい─そんな想いが込められており、緑と水辺、そして広がる空を感じられる開放的な空間は、都心にありながら自然とのつながりを楽しめる貴重な場所となっています。1階から3階までの飲食店では、レストラン、フードコート、そして気軽に楽しめるテイクアウトと、シーンに合わせた多彩なスタイルで、モーニングからディナーまで対応。有名店がずらりと並び、食通にも嬉しいラインナップです。

そして何といっても魅力的なのが「共用席」の充実。隣接するレストランのメニューでなくても、アルコール類を除き、持ち込み自由で利用できます。ランチはもちろん、読書や勉強、仕事、ちょっとした休憩などにぴったりなスペースです。

また、BLUE FRONT SHIBAURAではアートも大きな魅力のひとつ。3階オフィスエントランスにある、5枚の油絵で構成される「Ring of Light」は、見る人の角度、距離、時間帯(光の差し込み方)などによって、様々に変化する光と色を楽しめます。すぐ手前にある木製オブジェ「Meditative Garden」は、作家が旧芝離宮恩賜庭園の散策からインスピレーションを得て作られたもので、曲線の美しさが目を引きます。2階CANAL DINNING HALLの吹き抜け部分に吊されている「無限大をひらく」という作品は、ファスナーが無限の形をしており、そのかみ合わせ部分が人型から四角いビルの形に変わっていくなど見ていて飽きません。

BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA TOWER S opened in September 2025. This community hub embodies the desire to provide a comfortable space for all visitors and an open-air environment where one can enjoy greenery, waterfront, and expansive sky, offering the rare opportunity to connect with nature right in the heart of the city.

Dining options on the 1st through 3rd floors offer diverse styles to suit any occasion from breakfast to dinner, with restaurants, food courts, and even casual takeout options. A lineup of renowned establishments will delight foodies.

Perhaps most appealing is the abundant shared seating. Visitors are free to sit here and eat their food and drink, even if they're not from an adjacent restaurant. The space is perfect not just for lunch, but also reading, studying, working, or taking a quick break.

Art is also a major draw at BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA. The “Ring of Light” installation at the office entrance on the 3rd floor is composed of five oil paintings, of fering ephemeral light and color depending on the viewer's angle, distance, and time of day (i.e. how the light hits it). The wooden sculpture “Meditative Garden” out front was inspired by the artist's strolls through the Kyū Shiba Rikyū Garden, with its captivating, beautiful curves. The piece titled “Opening Infinity,” suspended in the atrium of the CANAL DINING HALL on the 2nd floor, features
zippers forming an infinite shape. Its interlocking sections shift from human-like forms to square building shapes, making it endlessly fascinating to behold.

BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA holds many more charms beyond what we can cover here, including the Fairmont Hotel Tokyo, the pop-up area of the GREEN DINNING HALL on the 1st floor, and boat piers.
