We provide a ¥2,000 Minato City common merchandise voucher to purchasers of bicycle helmets

Eligibility

Residents of the district who have purchased a safety-approved helmet and have bicycle liability insurance, etc.

*Bicycle liability insurance is insurance or mutual aid that covers you in the event of an accident involving a bicycle.

Application Deadline

Until March 31, 2026(Tue.)

• Application form(Download from Minato City website)
• Copies of receipts for the purchase of bicycle helmets
  (purchased on or after April 1, 2025)
• A copy of a document that confirms the applicant is covered by bicycle liability insurance, etc.
• Documentation showing that the bicycle helmet meets safety certification standards (e.g., a photograph of the helmet with the SG mark or equivalent standard sticker, or a brochure on the product purchased).

Please apply online, send via mail, or bring the required documents in person to the Traffic Affairs Subsection of the Community Transportation Section.
