Installing automatic certificate issuing machines compatible with the My Number Card

Certificate of residence and certificate of Seal Registration can be easily obtained at convenience stores with the My Number Card.
For those who are concerned about convenience store issue service, a multicopy machine for convenience store issue service has been installed at each Regional City Office, and instructions on how to use the machine will be provided.
Convenience store issue service is a convenient and economical way to obtain a certificate for ¥10 per certificate, which is normally ¥300~¥450.

Items that can be obtained via the convenience store issue service

• Certificate of residence
• Certificate of Seal Registration
• Family register (Full or partial) certificate of matters (Japanese nationality only)
• Supplementary copy of family register (Full or partial)
• Certificate of Tax, Certificate of Tax Payment
