Requests for the Chiibus (Minato Community Bus) Use

We would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation in the following matters so that all users, including those with small children and the elderly, can use the Chiibus safely and comfortably.

• All seats on the Chiibus are priority seats. Please give up your seat to the elderly, disabled persons, expectant mothers, and those with a help mark.
• You can get in the bus without folding the stroller by fastening the stroller with the safety fixing belt provided on the bus. Please visit the Minato City website for more information on how to use the safety belt.
• Please refrain from rushing onto the bus, since this may cause unexpected injuries or accidents.
• Delays may occur because of traffic conditions.
• Animals are not allowed on board except for service dogs, hearing dogs, and guide dogs.
  *Pets [dogs, cats, etc.] may be brought on as personal baggage if they are placed in a special carrying case.
  Not applicable if the bus is crowded.
• Please refrain from talking loudly during the ride. Please set your cell phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone.
• Please refrain from bringing in food and beverages with strong odors or without lids. Also, please refrain from eating and drinking in the car.
